Sixteen schools, public and private serving children and youth in Kibra have been identified to host basketball courts. These courts will serve as spaces for learning, connecting, and nurturing talents. The courts will also create spaces where youth can be mentored in preparation for life beyond school. Soweto Academy twin courts were completed in 2020. The school currently has a girls’ volleyball team, basketball, and mentoring/discipleship club.
